The Piezo Micro Manipulator translates rapid and highly reproducible piezo-electrically induced deformation to a pipette tip in a friction-dependent manner. This energy, transmitted to the piezo-actuated tip, provides a powerful method of piercing biological barriers (such as membranes) in a precise and controlled manner that does little or no extraneous damage. Regulation of internal pipette pressure during micromanipulation is critical for success. PMM-150HJ therefore combines PMM-150FU Piezo Impact Drive Unit with PRIMETECH's piezo-optimized HDJ-M3 microinjector in a single package.
The optional mounting parts is necessary for installing the drive unit on the manipulator.

· The secured PRIMETECH piezo impact unit permits PMM without undesired interference from hand movement.
· OP-15 operation box can be placed conveniently to allow adjustments with minimal interruption during manipulation.
· PRIMETECH PMM utilizes an inertial force resulting from a rapid deformation of piezo-electric elements: this gives you control and means that elastic biomembranes even as sensitive as the mouse oocyte plasma membrane, can be curately punctured with minimal undesired damage.
· PRIMETECH piezo-actuated needles are controlled with an exquisitely accurate resolution of around 0.1µm.
· The mechanism is compact and simple.
PMM-150HJ operates at 5-40º C with an AC supply of 100-240V, 50/60Hz, 60VA. Avoid high humidity.
